International Shipcare (ISC) Vessel Layup Pioneers

International Shipcare (ISC) has carried out vessel layup services in Brunei Bay for almost five decades. Since its establishment in 1975, ISC has grown into one of the region’s trusted providers of professional vessel layup management for the marine and oil and gas sectors.

ISC was the first organisation in the region to be formally licensed as Layup Managers by the Local Port and Harbour Authority. This reflects our long-standing role in supporting safe, structured and compliant layup operations for different types of vessels.
